We have never sold a home before, so was unsure of the process and what to expect, and frankly felt a little nervous about what is a major monetary transaction. Lisa Moore made the entire process feel comfortable because she is obviously so knowledgeable about the rules governing real estate transactions, as well as had the useful tips of who to call or use for businesses that assist with all steps of selling a house. I always felt like I did not have to do any research on my own to find a reputable company because Lisa had already worked with many different people and knew who to suggest (such a relief for this researcher!). In addition to having the technical information and years of experience with local people that are part of selling (or buying) a house, Lisa is so easy to work with on a personal level. She reaches out in a timely manner to make sure that needed steps on your part are first made known to you, and second that you don't forget them in the insanity of selling. None of this ever feels anything but helpful, like a friend is calling and knows your life is currently a whirlwind. She only calls as often as is needed, and is very quick to respond to any questions that we had. Lisa is very easy to talk to, personable, and always pleasant (but firm) when she is protecting your interests. When it comes time to eventually sell my home in California I will be sad that Lisa will be too far away in Florida to assist us with that sale!

My husband and I had the good fortune to have Lisa help us find and purchase a house in a new community. We knew very little about the area, and Lisa had a lot of useful information to share with us. She was thoughtful and thorough and listened to what we were looking for. She made herself available when we were in town, and only showed us houses that were appropriate to our needs. She responded to all our questions, either by email or by phone. Even though this was not our first purchased home, she made sure we knew and understood all the financial and legal aspects of the sale, since not all states and counties have the same requirements. She found us a good inspector and made sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We were pleased with how she negotiated the final sale. We would strongly recommend her, she is a positive, professional and intelligent person. In the months that we worked with her, we were very impressed--and grateful we had her as our real estate agent!
