We put our house on the market just as the market started to cool in Fall 2022. Lisa was incredibly helpful in helping us set the correct price to generate activity without putting us too high that we would have to quickly start modifying the price. She arranged for a professional stager to provide recommendations and then arranged for the photographer (to include aerial) who focused on the key elements of the house. We were moving as part of a corporate relocation which involved a lot of bureaucracy and hurdles (sadly for the seller more than us). She was in constant communication with the relo company and the seller helping them navigate the unique requirements and ensuring we could quickly close in OKC and our new house up north. She even stopped by to pick up our Cox Router and drop it off since we had left town prior to closing. We had bought this house with Lisa as our realtor a few years ago where we quickly learned she is knowledgeable of the area, market as well as being connected with multiple custom home builders. If we had to buy or sell a house again in OKC we would definitely call Lisa.

Lisa was our realtor when we purchased our home back in 2011. That experience was great! And our home has evolved into a place that we are very sad to leave. When we decided to sell, Lisa was our first choice. She quickly helped us get our home listed and did a great job suggesting an asking price that would satisfy all involved. I was dreading the process of selling my house. Lisa made it so easy, was always available to answer questions, and really worked with us to make everything go smoothly. She's very professional, clearly knows what she's just doing and just all around great to work with!

I was probably an unusual client because I was selling an occupied investment property, but we started getting offers the day after it listed and we had a contract within the first couple of days. The appraiser required a new roof and miscellaneous repairs so Lisa was able to coordinate with a huge network of people to accomplish all the repairs. Through a few extensions and working with the property management company, buyer and me to keep everything coordinated with lenders, title companies, insurance companies, handymen and inspectors, she was completely on top of every detail. I really appreciate her persistence and acumen and would recommend her to anyone.

Lisa is amazing to work with. We have been working with her for over 10 years and send all our family and friends to her as well. She is very knowledgeable about the market and ensures we list at the perfect amount. She also hires professional stagers and photographers and pays them herself. Our last house had multiple offers within a day. She is very professional even tho working with her now feels like just hanging with a friend. She is the best!
