Working with Lisa Michalski was a wonderful experience. When I contacted her asking for her help in finding a new home in the Two Harbors area she was excited for me to come to the area. I had recently retired and wanted to relocate up north so this search was taking place long distance. Lisa was mindful of my "wish list" and budget for a new house, sending listings but not flooding me with them. When I was worried about finding a more modern home within my budget she gently nudged me to expand my search area to the Silver Bay area. She backed that expansion up with some good reasoning to look at this area too but never pushed. When I found the house that fit me perfectly, Lisa was there to help me through the next phase of purchasing my house knowing from previous conversations that I hadn't done this in over 25 years and never by myself. I was nervous about the process and Lisa was simply wonderful through the whole thing, she kept in contact with me and willing to listen to my concerns along the way.
