Lisa and Chris have done a wonderful job in getting our home sold. The flat fee model that they offer is far superior to traditional sale price based fee structure; we easily saved $10K+ in the sale of our home! Both Lisa and Chris were very responsive to our questions and were helpful with their advise throughout the process. I could easily recommend them!
