We had a glitch at the house we were selling and getting ready for the open house the weekend after the 4th of July. On top of that we were leaving town!!! Lisa sent us on our trip and lined up the people to fix the problem. By the time we returned Lisa had everything under control and the repairs started. That's customer service and care!!! My experience with is was truly a "God-send"! I actually worked with her about 10 years ago, when the housing market was booming. Lisa Mejri was an OUTSTANDING, professional who went above and beyond for us as clients. She made every appointment early and stayed late when we had questions. She interfaced with sellers and ALWAYS had our best interest in mind when she would negotiate any and all transactions. We had only bought one previous home, so she would have to often educate us on what we were doing and often had to explain things multiple times, yet never made my wife or myself feel dumb.
