WOW! USE LISA!!! First time homebuyer with no experience. Lisa was there every step of the way! She responded to our calls, texts, and emails right away. We were referred by some friends who bought their first home with Lisa, their second home with Lisa, and a business building with Lisa. Lisa went above and beyond! She informs you of the process, of the current situation, if the price seems right or too high, she doesn't make you feel pressured, and she will let you know if you are being foolish. She has my confidence to be my realtor for life. She went back and forth into the late evening with us and the seller with negotiations and communicating with us on the options we had so we could make the decision that we wanted to make. We had an issue with some items that the seller should have and didn't taken care of before final closing. She set everything up to have money placed in an escrow account to pay a company to complete those issues based on the company's invoice amount. HERE'S WHERE LISA REALLY SHINES: Lisa went back and forth to get the seller to increase their amount to meet the estimate (knowing we were set to pay the difference because we love our house) and when we were just a little amount away with the final negotiation on the table she OFFERED to make up the difference out of her commission if the seller didn't approve the entire invoice amount. Her experience made everything calm and removed a lot of the stress of the situation. She prioritizes us and our happiness with the outcome over a sale. She reassured us every step of the way of the situation, of the options, of the plan we want to do, and how we will respond. Does it help that Lisa found us a home in the exact area we wanted, at the price we wanted, and it was above and beyond what we were looking for? IT MOST CERTAINLY DOES BECAUSE I EXPECT SHE WILL DO THE SAME FOR YOU!!
Lisa was great to work with and has the patience of a saint. Because of the market, it took over a year to find our home. She never gave up on us and never pushed us. She was always available to help or provided excellent backup.
