Lisa knew exactly the right way to market our property and set the price accordingly. She kept in communication with us the whole way, including picking up the signed documents when I had a glitch with electronic signing. An escrow amount of paperwork is formidable, but Lisa was knowledgeable and kept us informed of when and what needed to be signed.
