While we realize that in essence Lisa was the buyers realtor, we were very disappointed that she did not do the final walk thru with us. The air conditioning that previously worked upon inspection was no longer working. The cold water faucet handle had been removed in the laundry room and the water had been running fir who knows how long. The shed which was not unlocked until closing, was full of junk that we had to load up and haul away. Through no fault of our there was a delay in closing, however I think it could have been handled better. I have put off writing this review, because I felt I really didn't have a positive one. I realize circumstances are sometimes out of everyone's control, however... One more thing, after signing and printing my name repeatedly for this sale, when Lisa sent the return address stickers she spelled my name wrong. We appreciate the stickers, but my name is spelled Sherrye M. Stigliano. Thank you. I am responding because this is the 3rd or 4th time you have sent the survey.
