From start to finish Lisa was a huge asset to us. She is extremely knowledgeable not only in this area but also in the specific neighborhood we were selling in. She kept us up to date on other competitive listings, provided insight on how we should set up and stage the house and guided us to a fair selling price that ultimately landed us with a full price offer the first day we went live on the market!
