She is communicative and after explaining the entire process kept in touch at every stage. Very responsive which I love, I hate when people don't respond or ack you message so her prompt responses were appreciated. Overall this was my second experience working with Lisa and I was very happy with the way things progressed and all the advice she provided along the way.
