We started working with Lisa and her husband Bill back in June. Our price range was very competitive and littered with bad properties. Luckily, Lisa directed us towards a new-build community that was shockingly affordable and had amazing incentives offered to buyers. We ended up closing on November 15th! Despite our long search, Lisa was nothing but patient. I feel bad about some of the real bad properties we brought her out to, but she did not mind at all. She keeps her buyers as her top priority over anything else. When your realtor is urging you to steer clear of a questionable property, putting their commission on the line, that's how you know you have a good realtor! Her husband, Bill Longest, is also a realtor and it was really great having both of their knowledge at our disposal. I highly recommend Lisa and Bill Longest.
