Lisa Livingston made selling and buying a home a breeze! When we decided to put our house on the market, we heard nothing but great reviews for Lisa, and opted for the best! One of the best decisions we have made. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable with the current market and area. Our house was put on the market promptly and we accepted an offer within a few days! If we had questions, Lisa was always available and she sent us daily updates. My husband and I laughed often because I spoke with Lisa more throughout the day than with him! We loved the open line of communication and feedback. As we began the hunt for our forever home, we opted with Lisa to help us. Again, another wonderful decision. Lisa was extremely patient and thorough. There were several houses we thought were the “one,” but after time and consideration we passed on them. We started looking for a house near Chatham, NY just as the pandemic was taking hold. Lisa Livingston was remarkably helpful and responsive, even with all of the extenuating circumstances beyond all of our control. We were able to safely view the house (one viewer at a time, masks, gloves, all door open so no one had to touch anything) and had an overall terrific experience. Not only that, as we were eager to move in ASAP to secure a place where our boys could safely play outside, she was able to help expedite the process and we went into contract, then closed in record time. I really can't say enough good things about her and would work with her again in an instant!

Lisa was my agent during the process of buying my first home. She helped me communicate with buyers and set up several showings for me. She explained the entire process thoroughly and answered any and all of the questions I had. She recommended a great attorney for me and was able to coordinate between my attorney, the buyers multiple team members, and me all seamlessly and efficiently. Following my inspection, I had a few questions for the sellers and Lisa helped to bridge the connection between us so that I could get my questions answered. She was available consistently and her communication is impeccable.
