Lisa Leggitt

We started our journey with Lisa 3 years ago when we moved to New Braunfels and was house hunting. My husband and I were all over the board on what we wanted in a house which is a realtor's worse nightmare! Lisa was a patient, calming influence as well as very knowledgeable about this area. We were not living in Texas at the time but Lisa took care of all the details large and small and made the process easy for us. Long story short we found a great home after viewing many homes. Fast forward 3 years and we decided to build a home so we called Lisa again to help with sale of our home. She came to see us in January this year to begin the process. As building a home goes especially now, our target date for the build kept getting pushed further out as did putting our current home on the market. Even though Lisa was not involved with the build of our new home she was extremely helpful always there with answers and suggestions. Finally in July we put the home on the market and through her photography and advertising we received multiple offers on day 2. With her guidance we chose the perfect buyer and as in the past Lisa took care of everything! She is the best!
