She took the time to brush up on the current market, she did research on the appraisal values and was able to make recommendations based on her research. Lisa drove from one end of the county to the other and back to Merritt Island and Cape Canaveral. She was literally willing to go the extra miles for me. A couple days she braved the pouring rain. Lisa was always there when needed. She did s great job. Our house was in the market for less than a day and we had 4 offers. She helped us sort through the specifics and determine the best offer. We were able to settle in less than 30 days! I highly recommend her as both a buyer and seller agent.
After going through a number of realtors I clicked on “contact realtor “ on Realtor.com, Lisa was one of 4 realtors that called. However, after speaking with her on the phone and expressing the issues I have come across, I decided to work with her. That was one of the BEST decisions I made. She was patient, sent me numerous listings to review, we would schedule an entire day of looking at houses. When we finally found the house, she would drive by and send pictures, she was with us every step of the way. At closing there was a discrepancy in the money and Lisa found it. She explained and answered more of our questions, than the lawyer did. I Highly recommend her when looking for houses, lots, condos, etc.
