Lisa is truly the best! She is so incredible thorough with every aspect of the selling process. She literally spent hours with us going over every step and explaining everything to us. She did tons of research and helped us to determine just the right price for our unique property. She also spent time giving us advice on staging for the house to look its best in the pictures. All her hard work paid of quickly! We had a contract in just a few days even though the average days on the market was 6 months+ for our area! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell!

Lisa is great. In our initial meeting she handed me a guide book with a basic explanation of the purchase process from start to finish. This was not only helpful but convinced me that she was very capable and paid attention to detail. Houses move pretty fast in the current market here which can be frustrating but Lisa helped me stay patient and not get discouraged. She was very knowledgeable of the area and guided me to potential houses in neighborhoods I wasn't even aware of. I ended up buying a wonderful house in an area I would have never even thought to look at had it not been for Lisa. Next time I need to buy or sell a house, Lisa will be the first person I call.
