We started with Lisa in mid-January 2020. She stressed the importance of getting the house on the market very early, mid-February. She detailed what steps we need to take to declutter and prepare the house for showing (painting, staging, etc), and brought in the proper people to get it done. From the first (and only) open house we received multiple offers over the next week. Lisa guided us through vetting the various buyers' offers and ultimately we received an offer $11K over the asking price $720K. Note that by then the pandemic had swept into NJ.
