Lisa Kalkavan

My wife and I have, during our 59 years of marriage, bought/sold 8 residences. So, it is with no lack of experience that I say that Lisa Kalkavan should be named the GOAT (Greatest of All Time) as a real estate agent. She handled the sale of our ocean-front condo in the Fort Lauderdale area of Florida during the COVID19 pandemic. Hampered by severe limits on holding showings, and multiple times when it was not viable to keep the unit on the market, she maneuvered flawlessly through this thicket and ended up getting us an excellent sale price for our property. Beyond that, since my wife and I are a bit older and were having serious health problems at the time, so she had to go beyond her usual practice of attending all showings and inspections, and made all of the arrangements for repairs and corrections after an offer was accepted. Finally, with no time to spare, we had to get all of our goods out of the apartment. She worked a long weekend helping my son and his wife load up a truck and trailer to bring items back to our new home in SC. She even took the Xfinity tv boxes back to their offices for us. I could go on forever, but we will be forever grateful to Lisa for her skill and loving spirit. She was there for us when we had no way to handle the situation. She is our friend for life now. You will not go wrong to hire her to sell your property, or to find you a new home.

We just bought a condo in Pompano Beach with Lisa Kalkavan. Due to covid, we could not travel from Montreal so Lisa represented us in Florida, found the condo and got the deal done. We had met Lisa a year earlier so she knew what we were looking for. Lisa is the best realtor we have ever worked with (we have moved 7 times). She is very professional, knowledgeable, is very well organized and is an excellent negotiator. She took the time to understand our wants and priorities and showed us properties that met our needs. She is also a delight to work with. An exceptional person and realtor !!!
