My wife and I started the looking/buying process several months ago, and due to wanting a very specific house type/location, we looked at many houses trying to make one of them work for our needs. I tell you this as most agents would have probably told me to go away about half way into our search, but that did not happen with Lisa. As soon as my husband and I decided to put our Condominium Unit up for sell, Lisa knew what to do and advise us on the proper items to get done in order for a speedy sale and effortless transition. We were living in a highly desirable neighborhood for over 15 years and were not sure how long the process would take, nor if and when we would get an offer. Our condo was on the market for only one week and then we received multiple offers all at once.
