I am not an ideal client. I was a first-time home seller, dealing with the fall out of the death of my mother, and experienced in sales. In that sense I both knew too much and absolutely nothing at the same time. Add on top of that a market that dropped an absolute avalanche of trash on our heads almost immediately after listing and this was not an easy process. And yet, Lisa made it easy. She kept in contact constantly, filling me in with what was going on with the market and any movement on the property. Normally you think of agents wanting to sell as soon as possible. motivated by speed instead of price. This was not my experience with Lisa. She priced high, but realistic (until the market fell apart on us) and was very judicious with price cuts only after the market dynamics dictated it. In January I was worried selling at all in the immediate future with the nature of the market. but after a couple of price drops, we held firm and things really changed for us in February. Then as if by magic, in March we got an offer right near my asking price and we were able to close before the end of the month. It was a major relief and unbelievable. Something I am not sure that would have happened without Lisa. I had a great experience with her, and without hesitation would recommend her to anyone I know next time they sell a home.

Lisa is the most punctual, professional, and detail-oriented realtor I have ever met. She thinks of the detail you don't even know you have to think about. She is knowledgeable about the market, does thorough research, and is very reachable all the time. I would not have any other realtor!
