Lisa & Jay tirelessly endoured our property search. We are from out of state and had special circumstances to each of our visits, as time was limited. From the first home we fell in love with to the heartbreak of the fall through of the contract, which had NOTHING to do with Lisa and Jay, to the second marathon visitation day, they never faltered. Always incredibly kind, courteous, accommodating, and incredibly knowledable with every step we took. They always provided top notch advise, suggestions, and guided us, never pushing on any issue, always deferring to our final decision. We worked together as a cohesive unit, so much so that, on a whim, we toured the house we eventually purchased. I cannot express the gratitude we have for the Chesleys. Incredible, fantastic,top notch all of these fail to describe how wonderful they are, first and foremost they are incredibly professional, listening to all of our questions, endless emails and texts (we are a needy people) to the kindness and patience the showed, compassionate without faltering, wanting us to be successful with the purchase of our home. They made the process easy and fast, always being our advocates, our eyes and ears, our presence since we were not physically there. They provided the best, most incredibly effective, efficient, and professional contacts for every aspect of the home buying process, from inspectors, appraisers, to water and insurance people, to the title attorney. I cannot stress enough how wonderful Lisa and Jay are to work with and we look forward to future business endeavors with them and highly recommend them.
