I met Lisa over a year ago through a mutual friend. At the time it was not actively looking for a home but had every intention of buying in the future. Lisa took the time to get to know me and my interests in a home. Over the next year we built a friendship. Prior to Covid, my life was going in one direction and then it pivoted in another and all of a sudden I became a serious buyer. The first home I put an offer in on I was out of state and Lisa toured me through the home virtually. I put an offer in on the home (sight unseen) with Lisa’s guidance, but was so far off as a house sold for $48,000 over asking.
