Lisa is amazing! I was working to sell an older home earlier this spring/summer and couldn't have done it without Lisa's assistance. Being remote for much of the selling period, and having significant other affairs to manage simultaneously, made it somewhat difficult to be as directly involved in the sale as I should have been for much of the process. Lisa made this an almost non-issue; she kept in constant communication, ran all requests/concerns/issues by me and always had options at the ready in case I could not address them myself in a timely manner, even offering numerous times to use her own time and resources. She regularly solicited feedback from other agents/potential buyers to gauge what stood out or needed attention so fixes could be made quickly and positives highlighted. We ended up with a great buyer in a relatively short period with minimal changes to asking price: it's difficult to ask for more as a motivated seller, particularly during a time with less-than-ideal interest rates and a bit of a market transition in the valley.
