Lisa is amazing! We sold our house from the other side of the country (3 hour time difference). Lisa was willing to answer any of our questions no matter what time of the day it was. She also scheduled necessary repairs for us to sell our house (she obtained multiple quotes to ensure we scheduled repairs at the lowest possible cost and paid for the repair cost out of pocket until we could reimbursed her at closing). Lisa is also a very skilled negotiator. She was able to negotiate repairs so that both parties would pay. My husband is not someone who believes in giving 5 stars because he thinks people only deserve 5 stars if they do something above his expectation. However, he said if he was asked to give Lisa a rating it would be 6 out of 5 stars because that's just how above and beyond she is willing to go for you. Above we have detailed many reason why Lisa is amazing but here are some more examples of things Lisa did for us that are not related to her job. Since we moved across the country while selling our house, I was worried about dust collecting in the house or mud being tracked in so I left cleaning supplies. Lisa actually cleaned the house occasionally for us so that it would always be presentable. Another thing Lisa did was retrieve and return packages that arrived. The last example of many, Lisa offered to drop me off at my house after shipping my car. I don't have any family or friends in the area I could call to come pick me up so it meant a lot that Lisa was willing to help me. If my husband and I ever return to the area in the future, Lisa is the only realtor we would use.
