From May through August of 2018, Lisa helped us buy a “new” home in the East Berlin, PA, area that would match our current needs. Once found, she accurately proposed an offer price within our budget, yet of interest to the sellers. The offer worked, and we felt we got a good deal on a house that met all our criteria. She led us through the purchase process without any issues or delays. All went smoothly. Plus, at the end, we saved 0.7% of the new home purchase price, because Lisa participates in the Homes for Heroes program. If you qualify as a hero (e.g., military personnel, emergency responders, healthcare professionals, teachers), you can save money. It makes a difference! Overall, our buying experience was great. Then, from June through September of 2018, Lisa helped us sell our “old” home in the East Berlin, PA, area. She met with us early on, to offer ideas on preparing the house/property for sale and staging it to sell, without spending a lot to sell it. Again, based on careful research of the current local market, she accurately proposed an asking price that would motivate buyers, yet give us a fair profit. The strategy worked. In the first week, we had around 12 showings that yielded 2 serious offers, and a sale – all within one week. As before, Lisa led us through the selling process without any issues or delays. Again, at the end, we receive a 25% credit on her gross commission at closing as part of the Homes for Heroes program. It’s more savings. Overall, Lisa is knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, honest, and easy-going – a true professional.
