After I sold my home in OK, I ask Integra to help me find a home in Wichita. The weekend after my OKL home sold, I came to Wichita to look at 4 homes that Lisa found that fit the general description of the type home I was looking for. I looked at the homes on Sat. afternoon; made an offer that evening; and reached an agreement with the seller within about 24 hours. The Closing on my home in Wichita was completed the day after the closing on my home in OKL. It went so smooth that it seemed effortless! I found Lisa to be professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. I would recommend her - and the rest of her team - to anyone wanting to buy...or sell...a home . It was amazing that the homes they selected for a walk-thru met all of my criteria. It was a phenomenal experience and they took care of everything ...I just showed up for the closing!
