Those are some of the traits needed especially in this hot sellers market. We were able to schedule all the tours remotely. We used FaceTime and zoom. But if there was a bad reception, Lisa made mini videos of the homes. She helped us decide on the offer price by giving us some comparables. We were able to give a smart offer and was accepted.
