Lisa was very responsive to us. Mrs. Hill was very knowledgeable and courteous.. She was always there when we needed her whether in the a.m. or late in the day, she would answer the phone and answer all our questions. She was always cheerful and friendly. It was a pleasure dealing with Lisa Hill.
Working with Lisa was truly a blessing and allowed us to achieve our goal of moving closer to family. While economic conditions were not favorable for selling and closing a sale in a short timeframe Lisa was instrumental in making it happen. Negotiations were difficult but Lisa went above and beyond to satisfy both parties. As to be expected there were unforeseen issues that arose along the way but all were successfully overcome allowing closing to occur as originally planned. We cannot overstate how appreciative we are for the outstanding job Lisa Hill of Ranch Masters Realty did in selling our home.
Lisa warned us our house would move slow because of the current market. Then 3 weeks later. Boom she sold it. Lisa is kind and easy to work with. She always stayed on top of things during the contract to close time. I cannot find any fault with Lisa's performance or communication skills. If I had to sell any property in Hill County I would call Lisa first!!!
