Lisa Heagney - Coldwell Banker

Lisa was/is my buying/selling agent. When the Denver market was hot hot hot, Lisa very patiently worked with me for 4-5 years to find a house in my price range that I liked. Other agents I've worked with in the past would show their frustration, including one who gave up and never returned my calls. Lisa is always cheerful, positive, and realistic, so I was glad when she agreed to be my selling agent for 4 challenging-to-sell properties. She went above and beyond, meeting contractors when I was out of town, checking on the properties frequently, working out conflicts with renters and neighbors when potential buyers were being inconsiderate. Three of the four cash-only properties were sold within months for reasonable prices. I suspect other agents would have pressured me to accept a lower price. We pulled the last property for next summer. I hope Lisa is still working when I'm ready to sell another property in a few years.
