Short story: Hire Lisa and Lauren as your realtor team. If I could give them 11/10 stars I would. Long story: Jake and I recently purchased our first house, and we always knew we wanted Lauren to be there as our realtor to help us every step of the way. We thought we were ready 3 years ago, then had to put everything on hold to save more money and work on my credit score. The whole time Lauren gave us time to get things in order, and we hadn't communicated with her at all. The time came where we were ready to work with her, and she responded to my email with the sweetest, most excited message within 5 MINUTES. She's SO FAST at communication. We got off the phone with her, and within 24 hours we had 2 showings setup for the following day. The entire process of buying a house was so quick & easy thanks to Lauren. We wanted to move relatively quickly, and she was so on-top of everything in order to make that happen. She even spoke to our lender multiple times to make communication even easier. With the help of Lisa, we couldn't have asked for a better team to work with buying our first house. They even showed up to our final signing to help, even though they aren't required to do that. I have know Lisa Harrison since 2018 when my mother and I bought a house with her help. Fast forward 6 years and I had the pleasure of working with Lisa and her daughter, Lauren to buy a beautiful home with my boyfriend. Given the crazy housing market, we thought we could only afford an older home in downtown Sparks. But during a day of showings, Lauren suggested we take a look at some new builds. She explain how we will qualify due to the builder offers. And sure enough, for the same cost for a house built in 50's, we were able to get a brand new beautiful home. I cannot recommend Lisa and Lauren enough! They will keep you updated constantly, if you have any questions, they are there!
