From our first contact with Lisa Griffin at ERA Cape Real Estate we knew we were in good hands. Just through email contacts, she knew the kind of house we were looking for. She answered all our questions in a timely manner, she visited the house we were interested in to get information for us, she contacted the town for further information, she shared her knowledge of the area and the house.
