She's like a jalapeno popper, but in people form. It's hard to describe why you'd need that from a realtor, but just do it. She was the right amount of spice and the right amount of nice and that helped me feel like it was ok to tell her of I wasn't into a property or feature. I imagine she is like this with sellers as well as she got us a good deal on our new property.
