Once I listed my property I received professional service with Lisa, Angela and the rest of the team. They helped me through the entire process with setting up the listing, providing plenty of showings, working through the inspection and appraisal process, providing good advice, and ultimately getting the transaction closed in a timely fashion. The agent I worked directly with was Vicki Zechman. I was put in contact with her through Zillow. She was extremely helpful at all stages of the home purchase such as touring homes, making offers, negotiating, working through issues that arose during the inspection period, and pushing us over the line and getting us to closing! I was a first time home buyer with very little real estate knowledge and she made me feel comfortable at every step with her extensive expertise and knowledge. Her references to financing, inspector, contractors, insurance, etc were all massively valuable in getting us to closing. She was always extremely responsive to questions and concerns I had. She also was very diligent in reaching out to outside entities (inspector, insurance company, contractors, etc) on my behalf which was so valuable to me as I work full time during the week. I can’t recommend working with Vicki enough, she is a consummate professional with great interpersonal skills!
