Lisa was most respectful, courteous, friendly and easy to talk to. Upon meeting with Lisa for the first time she put a sales plan in motion right away. She discussed with us the things needed to sell the property asap such as repairs , painting, cleaning, clearing out the backyard and installing new carpet. Lisa had her handy man come over to look at the repairs needed and there were all completed within the time frame she had given us. She also had a crew come over and clear out the back yard and the back porch. After they were completed with all the repairs the house looked like almost new. Lisa coordinated the whole process from start to finish and all turned out just perfect. Thanks to Lisa and to my surprise the Property was sold within a week after being put on the market, not too shabby because its not easy trying to sell a house especially during the winter. Lisa’s sales skills and knowledge in the real estate market are the best we’ve ever seen.
