Excellent from start to finish

Lisa came in to see us right at the beginning of our decision to move on, months before going to market. She advised us on what would work in terms of staging with our own furniture and what wouldn't, on what cosmetic fixes we should consider addressing. We followed her advice to the letter. When it came to going to market Lisa knew exactly how to reach our buyers, when to set open houses, what price point to set and what media work best in this ever changing world. We didn't even recognize our own house by the end of it, it looked to good! After offers came in she was incredible at negotiating. Turn around from going to market and signed P&S on a generous offer was less than a week I think. We are most happy with the outcome.
