We recently owned a rental house that the tenant destroyed before moving out. Broken windows and doors, punched holes in all the walls, damaged appliances and their dog shredded the carpet in several places. After going through two other realtors, we thankfully found Lisa. She presented us with several courses of action to include doing minimum fix-up and re-renting, selling “as-is” or renovate and sell. She also made strong recommendations as to what level of fix-up or renovation we should consider, given the neighborhood market, in order to maximize our profits. We decided to renovate and sell, and Lisa, with her “team” of professionals, designed, renovated, and marketed the home. Lisa listed the house Sunday morning, and by Sunday evening we had 3 offers with the lowest being “Full-Price”. Prior to closing, when we needed some additional repairs, based on the inspection, she was able to call on her team of contractors to come to the home in short order and make the necessary repairs. We were extremely pleased with Lisa who was highly responsive to all our calls and messages and we look forward to working with her in the future on additional investment properties.
