Lisa did a fantastic job for me & I HIGHLY recommend her! I’d give MORE stars if I could. I got a brand new house, the last one available, because Lisa was the only agent of four the salesman called that answered his call right away. When he said one just came available and 1st come 1st serve, Lisa called me & said let’s get down there NOW and bring your checkbook (when we were at the new place he received 2 call back). I wrote a check and 10 minutes later someone else arrived to buy! Sorry lady, but MY agent clutched up NOT yours! 🤣🤣. Over the course of 4 weeks we looked at 6 or 7 houses and she would send info regarding places for me to check out (based on what I said I wanted). She would return my texts/calls promptly which I appreciated! My lender said Lisa was one of the best he ever worked with and they closed in 15 days. This was NOT a cash offer. Unbelievable!!! Lastly, Lisa also suggested a handyman company that I hired to do everything I wanted in my backyard (cement, electrical, plumbing, landscaping etc), & mount my TVs in front room and game room. If you want a real estate agent who will be there for you and put you as a top priority, call Lisa Gilman!

She was professional, she responded to our calls and text mgs in a timely manner. the only thing before going to view a house for sell, she needs to called and confirm with the listing agent if the place is available to view. A couple times we would go to view the place only to find out we couldn't view the house. This only happened a couple times.
