In a nutshell: My home was listed on a Thurs. evening, had 3 showings by Sat., received an appropriate offer on Sunday, and then on Monday we were under contract...4 days! Of coarse the normal back and forth paperwork, inspections, repairs, and appraisal, Lisa walked me thru it all with confidence and great knowledge of market.
