Lisa Fink

Lisa Fink is a HORRIBLE Realtor with an explosive temper. We had a very bad experience with her. She is abusive, vindictive and dishonest and cares only about making a commission, not about her clients. Her idea of valuations are way off. She told us our house would sell for about $185,000. We listed it with her and we ended up lowering it over time to $160,000 and we're still getting low-ball offers well below that. The offers were 20%+ below what she said the value was. That's way off! Obviously, she is either completely clueless about how to value property, or she lied to us about her ability to actually sell it for that rice in order to get the listing. When we tried to discuss the issues with her, Lisa began yelling, cursing, threatening and hung up on us. Needless to say, we cancelled the listing. Do not list your property with Lisa Fink!
