She was able to provide a CMA in the beginning to give us an idea of an as is listing price, minor rehab and then full rehab listing price. Once we determined the direction we wanted to take, she helped to recommend and coordinate contractors, check in on their work, and kept everyone on schedule. The result? A VERY quick turn around (only a few weeks from the time the tenant exited to the listing date) on a rehab that included many moving parts, staged, listed and several ABOVE asking offers within the first 24 hours! The bonus: She was very, very patient when answering all of our questions, concerns, etc. What more can you ask for?
