In 2022, my husband and I bought a home for my mother to live in - in Hogansville, GA. I might mention that as we were searching...we lived in Charleston, SC. The real estate market was BRUTAL, especially in the Atlanta and surrounding counties. Nearly all homes being sold were getting multiple offers and bidding wars were very common. Demand was definitely higher than the supply on the market...therefore, most realtors would not work with us in the lower price range that we needed. In the story comes Lisa Edison. She was hard working, and diligent to help us find a home for my aging mom. She went to homes by herself and did the virtual tour thing with us, scheduled days when we could physically make it in town. She found us this fixer upper - in our budget - and helped us see it through. Fast forward a few years and it came time for my Mom to live with my sister and we needed to sell the home...Lisa was our first call. She worked with another company, but we didnt hesitate to go with her. At the first closing, she bought my Mom a plaque with the "pet name" we had for the home. At Christmas, she took my Mom Pointsettias, she checked in. Lisa got to hustling and checking on the property, because, again, we live out of town. She was awesome again. We sold the house in 7 days. and closed very quickly and at a great sale price. I highly recommend Lisa!!
