My husband and I were lucky enough to run into Lisa Durant at several of her open house showings. At the time we were working with an agent not from the area we wanted to purchase in and we chatted with Lisa on these occasions. Not only was she local and knowledgeable about the properties in the area, she was extremely pleasant and helpful in answering questions for us when we weren't even working with her! We decided to give her a try in helping us find our forever home. Lisa was extremely professional and on top of EVERYTHING! She always responded right away to any questions or issues we had and actually found us several houses before they even went on the market. She listened to what we wanted and did not try to get us to settle for a house that did not meet all of our needs and wants. She also did not set us up with an automated email of listings that vaguely matched our criteria, which I truly appreciated, as I don't see a reason to waste my time looking at bad matches. Once we had our offer accepted, she continued to work with us through the whole loan and closing process, still answering questions and reaching out to make sure things were going smoothly for us. Thanks to Lisa, we have finally (after a very long journey) found and purchased our dream home! I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!

I can't say enough about Lisa, we were introduced in early April I believe. We wanted to sell our home as we were planning on moving out of state. She was so helpful to us, we didn't know when we should put the house on the market. I was referred to Lisa through another agent as I was relocating to the area. From our first interaction, I felt instantly comfortable and knew she and I would be a great fit! Lisa took the time to listen to my "must haves" and encouraged me to look at homes outside what I "thought" I wanted.
