Sold home as is with only one reasonable condition. I didn't believe the house would sell so fast. I was pleased with the way she handled everything.

Sometimes she does share her views and understanding of the area, resale, etc. which makes her trust worthy. Nearly every text message I sent had an immediate response (I guess a person has to use the restroom sometime). One my deals was difficult and she assisted to navigate through the challenges.
