I had a very disappointing experience with Lisa Douglas of Howard Hanna | Rand Realty. From the start, she seemed knowledgeable and eager to help, but unfortunately, her actions did not reflect this professionalism. She also made promises she had no intention of keeping to ensure the deal went through. feel completely misled, and it's clear that her priority was making the sale, not acting in her client's best interests. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for an honest and reliable real estate agent.
