Once I got the green light from the court to sell the home she was on it right away. She even spent some of her own money for up front costs to ease the financial burden of a newly divorced couple. I live out of state and could not over see the selling process but she kept me informed and even filled the roll as a mediator for my ex wife and I. LIsa is well connected and has contractors who trust her and depending on the situation they trust her enough to receive payments from proceeds which really helps if you do not have the money for repairs.
