There's no other way to say it; Lisa is an outstanding realtor! We can’t recommend Lisa enough and are happy to tell you about our great experience using her as our sellers' agent! Lisa is knowledgeable about our market. When we were interviewing realtors, she presented comps of several similar homes also on the market or recently sold. She gave us a logical analysis that she used to support her listing price range. After we hired her and listed our home, we had an offer within 3 days in that price range. Before the house was listed, she gave us good suggestions about what to spruce up and did some minor staging for us. Her photographer took photos that showed the house at its best. Also, she was a good resource for finding workers to help with the few improvements we made prior to listing. After the house was listed, we weren’t in town during much of the sales process because we were moving out of the area. Supporting us from a long distance didn’t bother Lisa at all! She was very accessible and responsive throughout the home sale process. She was patient with our questions and responded with pragmatic advice. She even offered to supervise inspectors or others who needed to be at our house when we were away. We thought working with her from a distance might be challenging. Wrong- we were particularly impressed about how organized and timely she was following up on key activities required under the contract deadlines. All the documents we needed were promptly sent via secure communications. Finally, she even provided a referral for a great realtor in our new location! Lisa did a wonderful job helping us through the stress of a move, and we were fortunate to have had her help!
