Very patient and responsive, especially when I was panicking with deadlines

Lisa was very responsive to texts, calls and emails. We spent several hours with her and probably saw a over a dozen apts. in one afternoon. She let us take our time and didn't rush us. When I was panicking to get paperwork and banking transfers done, she was very helpful and calm.
