This is the the second time Lisa has sold our house for us. Last time it only took 17 days and this time it was sold in 13 hours. We put our house up for sale this past April 2017 with Lisa Cole. Lisa and her team are amazing!! From the time she meant with us to list our house to the time we sold it was so smooth and exceptional service! They kept you informed the entire time and Sheri was great. She kept you informed the entire time and was always available when we had a question. Our house sold in 5 days. Amazing! The closing was not stressful at all. In the past we have used other Realtors and the closing was so stressful. Sheri made sure it was not stressful and made sure you had all the documents. We then bought our new house in May. Nick Cole was so helpful and very responsive. We found our new house quick and Nick was extremely attentive to our needs and wants and dealt with the Sellers and realtor and kept us informed the entire time. He is very professional and really listens to what you are looking for. I can not say enough about this Team. They are the most caring and attentive group I have ever dealt with and I had nothing but bad experiences in the past with TERRIBLE realtors who could care less about you. Moving is a big deal and the Lisa Cole group know its a big deal and they CARE!!! We had such a great experience we used them a THIRD time to sell our rental house and it was just as good of an experience. Highly recommend the Lisa Cole Group they treat you like Family:)
