Even though I was looking for a house hours away from The Cities, The Coles were outgoing and proactive in helping me. I did not look at any houses in Wisconsin, but I had thought about looking at some and the possibility was there for me as they are able to work in both MN and WI. They kept ongoing communication and one or both were able to communicate with me morning to evening when needed. They prepared all the necessary paperwork and kept me informed of changes/updates. They followed my preferences when I wanted certain things. The remote closing worked well for me as my chosen house was up in Hibbing. I will be happy to continue working with The Coles in the future for my next property (let it be land, cabin, or other).
