Our house searching/buying journey began in Summer 2025 by me contacting Lisa, knowing she lived in a different state than me who lives in South Dakota, and asking for her advice on an agency to use in my town. I asked her this information on a late Sunday and by Monday morning she had an agency and a person lined up for me. The communication was impeccable. I could tell that she truly cared so much about helping me have the best experience possible. She went above and beyond her job duty description. The agency and agent that she found were honestly a perfect match for my husband and I. Not only did Lisa find me an agency and an agent, but she came alongside me through the whole searching/buying process. Lisa checked in on me frequently and always asked if there was anything more that I needed. We bought our house in October 2025 and I can tell you that Lisa STILL checks in and ask how things are going. Who does that? Not anyone I know of. Even though I was looking for a house hours away from The Cities, The Coles were outgoing and proactive in helping me. I did not look at any houses in Wisconsin, but I had thought about looking at some and the possibility was there for me as they are able to work in both MN and WI. They kept ongoing communication and one or both were able to communicate with me morning to evening when needed. They prepared all the necessary paperwork and kept me informed of changes/updates. They followed my preferences when I wanted certain things. The remote closing worked well for me as my chosen house was up in Hibbing. I will be happy to continue working with The Coles in the future for my next property (let it be land, cabin, or other).

What can I say about Lisa and Neal. Wow! What a great experience!! The whole home buying process is insane and they made it manageable. Dare I say exciting. At no point did we feel rushed or a burden. It was very clear they cared about our wishes and did a phenomenal job walking us through it all. My wife and I went and saw soooo many houses and we’re starting to give up. They both kept the positivity and it made all the difference. We found a house in a perfect neighborhood and we couldn’t be happier with how it ended. Even after the process they’ve been a resource and staying in touch. I would recommend them every time.
