Great Experience

My family was moving from out of state and hesitant to purchase a property right a way. We met with Lisa just to get a feel for the market and check out some rentals. Based on the day we spent together and what she observed about our needs in a future home, she invited us to tour some available homes that she thought suited us. We found our home the very next day. She was very knowledgeable, transparent and communicated clearly every step of the way. She made herself available to us anytime we had questions and if she didn’t have an answer, she got one for us quickly. Even when our sale hit a few snags, she kept us patient and calm, while she handled any issues that came about. I appreciated her attention to detail and upfront honesty- which is rare in the city we’re from. We look forward to her help in the near future when our extended family makes the move to Texas this Fall.
