Lisa was recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy I went with her. I was wanting to move from West Covina to Temecula so right away (early August) we started looking at homes in Temecula. Lisa would send me listings almost daily and I would pick the ones I wanted to see and we would meet out in Temecula. After looking at about 15 homes I found the one I wanted. My situation was such that I would need to sell my current home before I could buy another home (contingent sale). Although she did not work in the West Covina area, she knew the local market and convinced me to price the home for more than I thought I should ask. Not only was she correct about the market but I received more than a dozen offers above the asking price within four days of listing the house. Meanwhile we negotiated the purchase of the home in Temecula and the sellers agreed to sell on my contingency. Needles to say my house in West Covina was sold within a week of listing and I was in escrow for the purchase of the home in Temecula. She took care of everything and all I had to do was sign documents. Everything went smoothly and at the end of September I moved into my new home in Temecula. I still cant believe I was able to do all this so quickly and easily. I have not regretted the move for a second and settled into the new home comfortably. Lisa never pressured me to sell or buy even though there were moments I wasn't sure. I will definitely use Lisa again although I'm so content now I may never move again.

Lisa was and is the best. She not only sold my home but helped me find another in a different city. There was never any pressure to sell or buy as I was a little indecisive. When I did find a new home to purchase she listed my former home at a much higher price than I thought I could get. Leave it to the professionals to make this decision as I had no clue. After the very first open house I got many offers most above asking and I ended up getting $15,000 above asking and it sold in 5 days! I really appreciated that she knew the market and that I can get top dollar. She also helped negotiate a contingent sale that worked well for all parties. She made sure I was not compromising anything and I trusted her advice on what I should and should not give. All in all I am in my dream home now and it all went so smoothly from start to finish.
